The high here in West Texas today was 77°. It was a perfect day to make this cool, refreshing dip and enjoy it outside. Creamy crab dip is simple and super affordable. This dip can be made in about 10 minutes. Furthermore, it contains one of my most favorite foods ever, roasted red peppers. The peppers combined with Cajun seasoning add tons of flavor to the dip. For this recipe you can roast your own or buy a jar. This dish is best served with crackers, chips, or veggies. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Creamy Crab Dip
½ block of cream cheese (4 ounces)
1 cup of sour cream
1/8 cup of mayo
8oz flake style imitation crab
2 roasted red peppers (diced)
Cajun seasoning to taste
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo together. Add and mix in the flaked imitation crab and red peppers. Season to taste. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies.
