Hey everyone! Megan here! It’s officially Spring! It’s time to break out the tea pots and garden party hats! This tropical chicken salad is perfect for tea parties, bridal and baby showers, and luncheons!
10 oz canned chicken (drained)
8 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
2/3 cup of Mayo
1 teaspoon Dill
Pepper & Salt to taste
1. Shred chicken using forks.
2. Add crushed pineapple and mayo. Mix all together.
3. Mix in seasonings.
Serve with crackers or on a croissant. I made this for my lunch and it was lovely.
